Steph Dunn has been a leading national small business lender and entrepreneur for over twenty years. Ranked among the nation’s top ten business bankers for over fifteen years, she is dedicated to serving small business owners who serve their communities. Dunn's contributions span across building out banking innovation, enhanced operational efficiencies, scaling digital processes and providing thoughtful access to capital with a team of seasoned experts.
Dunn is a native of Montreal Canada, fluent in English and French with a business degree from McGill University. She moved to America to pursue her American dream and has been a lifelong advocate for small business owners.
Dunn currently lives in Wilmington, NC with her husband Chris and their beautiful busy twins. Steph and Chris both come from proud hard-working multi-generational small business owners both in Canada and the U.S. Dunn understands and appreciates the dynamics of family owned businesses and is dedicated to providing custom financial solutions that make sense.
For over twenty years Dunn has had the opportunity to help build various national leading banks from General Manager/Director of Channel Partners at Live Oak Bank, SBA National Sales Manager for First Bank NC, President of SBA Lending for Incredible Bank and President Government Guaranteed Lending for Grasshopper Bank in New York City.
Dunn has been responsible for launching and building out multiple SBA departments for top ranked national Banks across the country. Each of her launches have ranked among to top 2% of national SBA lenders within the first two years of operation.
